Issues when Taskweb is run behind Apache

Hello,

Running task web behind Apache (as described on the wiki, but without SSL) does not work properly :

• First issue : The blue button "Save annotation" tries to load the URL "http://my.server.com/taskweb/taskweb/tasks/pending" which is obviously wrong (taskweb written twice), leading to a page saying

Page Not Found Annotation was added to "Some task" Aww bummer. Taskwarrior doesn't know what to do with /taskweb/tasks/pending. Go back or to the main task page.

In contrast, the blue button "Update Task" works flawlessly.

• Second issue : (maybe related to Apache, not sure) Non-ASCII characters are broken. For example, the task "Buy milk for bébé " is displayed "Buy milk for bébé ".

Both issues only exists when taskweb is used behind Apache. If accessed directly everything is fine. However, in my use case, direct access is not possible !
