Fix new JSON issues, make package fully working #80

With the newest taskwarrior install the current JSON parser implementation causes unnecessary nesting. This fixes that issue, builds on top of @dancollins' improvements.

As far as I can see this fixes all the bugs with the package, all operations run fine on my machine.
