Talkback sluggish when enteracting with circle sliders in Lollipop

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navagate to apps, settings, sounds and notifications.
2. Take two fingers and scroll to the next page where Priority notifications 
will be located.
3. Double tap enterruptions and attempt to set the time you would like your 
phone to remain silent of all or certain notifications.  When you hear talkback 
read out the hour and minutes double tap the minute circle and hold it until 
talkback simulates a long press.  While holding your finger on the screen move 
in a circle motion quickly or slowly and you will hear talkback's speech fall 
behind your finger movements.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to double tap a circle slider, simulate a long press and move around 
with talkback keeping up with my hand motions.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Nexus6 Lollipop 5.1

I've recently begun to experience problems with the circular slider in Android 
4.4.4 (Moto X). When working in the calendar, I can enter more or less the 
right time by moving to the right part of the circle and pressing done, but 
what TalkBack says during my exploration of the circle is completely unrelated 
to what I'm touching. In a recent example, I moved my finger to the lower right 
quadrant of the circle near the 4 and 5; while I did that, TalkBack said things 
like, "37, 38, 39, 38, 37," Even though I was moving in one direction and even 
after I had lifted my finger from the screen; I hit Done and discovered I'd 
entered 22 minutes. I'd like TalkBack to speak the numbers/times I'm actually 
touching so I can enter times correctly. I don't know if the problem is caused 
by the current TalkBack beta or a recent update to the Calendar app.
