sshfs caches known hosts outside of ~/.ssh and does not properly handle the changed key case #359

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to connect to a machine with a changed ssh key

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be warned about the changed key, like scp or ssh would. Instead,
sshfs simply asks for
my password again, with nary a warning.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
sshfs 1.0 under mac os x / x86.

This problem *seems* to have been fixed by updating the version of macfuse I'm
using to MacFUSE-Core-10.5-
1.5.1.dmg. I have 10.5.2 here.

* sshfs.app is NOT supported. It's merely a demo. Please don't open issues for
it.

* So that you know, updating MacFUSE has nothing to do with your problem being
fixed. It must be something
else.
