cookie-based prefs #47

There are various prefs that would be nice to have:
  - autorun
  - autorun and share results
  - various spriting options - default bg color, default vertical/horiz,
wiggle room

One way we could do this is have people go to spriteme.org/options.php and
set a cookie. Then when they fetch spriteme.org/spriteme.js - we actually
generate that dynamically with their options enabled.
