Add new adoptions, redirect /specification to the rendered spec on GH pages #23

This PR adds two new adoptions: the WIP Mamba integration and Fleet DM's use of TUF in Orbital.

I also realised that rather than writing out the full URL to the GitHub pages rendered specification, we could just use redirects to point folks there with a page on our main domain. This change has been included here for reviewer convenience.

@mnm678 and @trishankatdatadog please take a look if/when you have time. I'm especially fond of the specification redirects.
