Adding trdl to Adoptions

trdl (GitHub) is a new Open Source solution created by werf project to implement secure and continuous delivery of software from Git to end users. It uses a trusted TUF repo under the hood. trdl became the default method of delivering werf to its users* and now it's available for any other interested projects/users as well.

* However, it seems that trdl itself is a better choice to include in the Adoptions list. Please, correct me if I am wrong.
