Adding contributing file and update readme #13

Hey @JoshuaPoddoku! I want to rearrange your existing readme file. And add contributing.MD file by including all necessary details, guidelines, and to look it better I will add some relevant images and emojis.

@JoshuaPoddoku I have updated the readme.md file but haven't created the contributing.md file so should I create a new issue or make a PR?
