Product: Now that the general function of ThreadsListPaginated is working, we should prettify it.

Create ResultCard component, styled in bootstrap to flex between desktop/mobile
Should not be noisy (e.g. badges, icons that the lay user has no idea mean anything)

Google's search on mobile web: Has headline, first 140ish chars, small profile pic
