Add to tools:

  1. Command + E for navigating our Google Drive.
  2. Grammarly (extension) - we already have a bias towards developing a writing culture, this can accelerate it by reducing friction.

Add a section for how we use the tools:

  1. How Google Drive is used:

    • folders mapping.
    • recommendation in how to create files and where to slot them:
      • file title
      • template files that people can use.
