Jarvis is currently unable to set alarms and reminders for minutes that are in single digit example: Jarvis converts 1:05 PM as 5 PM as the speech to text conversion converts listened string as Nine 05 p.m. instead of 9:05 p.m.

It is just an interpretation issue, alternate is to say "Set an alarm at Nine 'O' Five PM" instead of "Nine Five PM"
