In the readme file it states the following.

The decimal separator on your server MUST BE a period.

Please do not link to file sharing sites. Especially ones that have advertisement such as that and are prone to spreading viruses.

If your going share some code fork the repository and then submit a pull request the way it has always been done in the past, For this specific issue you should update the readme information on how to check that your decimal separator is set correctly after researching the issue.

In addition to that, I do not want to muck with peoples registries via the tool. With the advent of UAC on Vista/7/8 there is too much of a chance that UAC will block the import into the registry. Users need to handle things like this themselves.

Why this ticket was closed?? My English is not perfect to update readme for your repository. Please give instruction to peoples how to check this and how to fix or only how to check this, it will be enough.

Thanks

Most computer operating systems allow selection of the decimal mark and programs like MySQL have been internationalized to follow this.

Your options are as follows, if one does not work proceed to the next, i can't help you with the last one though, i really can't help you with the other two much either. 1) Change your computers regional settings to use period radix separator. 2) Change your computers country setting to one that used the period. 3) Re-Compile MySQL in order to override this behavior.

List of countries that use decimals: Australia, Botswana, British West Indies, Brunei, Canada (English-speaking), Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Kenya, Korea (both North and South), Lebanon, Macau, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Mongolia, Nepal, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Pakistan, Panama, Peru, People's Republic of China, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Taiwan, Tanzania, Thailand, Uganda, United Kingdom, United States, Zimbabwe.

If you need instructions on how to do this you should search in Google "How do i change my computers regional settings"
