replace lingor mission.sqm #209

at old lingor mission.sqm the debug area are also westerly of the prison. if someone was there you got an error in the rpt file like the server can't update the player because debug area. So if you log out there and log in again you spawn somewhere else you where before you entered the debug area. in this mission file there isn't that issue anymore. https://github.com/Skaronator/DayZ-Private-master/blob/UpdateMission/mission/world/lingor/mission.sqm pls update
