Repair/Refuel only after "get in as driver" #219

if you want to refuel or repair a vehicle you can only do it, if you are the last driver who sit in the vehicle. If someone was the driver and you try to repair or refuel you lost the part or empty the can, but there is no effect.

This happen to me on a up to date reality lingor skaronator 2.1 and a reality chernarus 1.7.6.1 Server.

It's a DayZ Bug. @R4Z0R49 is working on a hotfix.
