It was disabled many months ago. Can it be enabled back?

Currently, this breaks the servers, I will work this in as possible.

As far as I can read it's doesnt brake anything since 1.7.4.4. Atleast at Celle map.

if you use it, it doesn't matter what starting load out u have set for your server everyone will start with a patrol pack, even if you have invcust it drops the custom bag on the ground on spawn. at least that's what I have noticed

This issue has been resolved as of this patch, update to schema 0.38 and ensure usage of the new hive
