Dragon Balls(game) not working.why?? #307

i had played it 3 times and it was working properly.

but now when i opened it, the "game started", i clicked "load game", then i 
clicked x, then screen goes blank and nothing happens.

i re installed 639PRO-B9, recopy the ISO but not working, format memory card.
others games are working properly.
plz help
