6.60PRO-B10 CIPL Flasher can't work!! #320

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.CIPL Flasher can't work on 6.60PRO-B10, Crash.

CIPL Flasher file from 660PRO-B10.rar

had the same problem.first you have to unistall pro b9 using b9 cipl 
flasher.then unistall b9,then update to b10.only then b10 cipl flasher works.

If you try to run CIPL Flasher with 6.60 ME CIPL installed it happens too.
