Feature Request: Make "Extras Category Useful" #340

Extras is pretty much useless, only thing that resides in mine is "Digital 
Comics" which i don't use, it'd be nice if i could have all my home brew 
utilities in that category seperate from my games instead of things i never use 
at all...

just an idea

i think you can get rid of the extras category in vsh menu, changing region to 
debug type 1 or 2. not sure exactly which one.
p.s. i think this feature is pointless. just use game categories light like 
everybody elso
