Install failed (80109D80) #389

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I'm using 6.60 PRO-B10.
2. Tried to install Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker from PSN. Able to access PSN 
store.
3. When trying to install, the install failed (80109D80). 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see it download and install like on PS3, but instead I saw intall 
failed (80109D80)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using 6.60PRO-B10 PSP2006

Please provide any additional information below.

You can try and uninstall PRO-B10 for the time of the instalation and install 
PRO-B10 back after you install MGS PW. If that doesent help - it's not a PROCFW 
problem.

Run the update files you used while installing PRO-B10 update in reverse order 
and follow the on screen instructions to uninstal it. *(If you used the CIPL 
flasher you need to uninstal that first!)*.

No wonder my PSP bricked forgot to uninstall the CIPL first.
