PSP freezes and stops working #397

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. instal 639PRO-B10 fix1
2. Execute it on my PSP
3. PSP screen goes black and PSP stops working

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see the installation screen, but instead I got a black screen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PSP 3010, 6.39

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm not using an original memory stick duo, it´s a dual micro sd to memory 
stick duo adapter, it's functional, I have savedata stored in it and it works 
fine.
I tried using PRO-B10 and B9, got the same issue with both.
