What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copy PROUPDATE and CIPL Flasher folders to PSP/GAME/
2. From the xmb (main psp menu) run the PROUPDATE from Game - Memory stick.
3. Press X to install CFW

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When I put the cso files on the PSP/GAME folder and turn off the usb link I

CIPL flasher supports only 01g and 02g models. (100x FAT and Old motherboard
200x).
You should be greatful - you almost bricked your PSP because you didnt read the
whole instruction.

Hey again, I followed a tutorial on PSP Hacks I followed the one that said "PSP
1000 – Install 6.60 PRO B-9" I assumed once mine was E 1004 it was the model.
I'm running CFW Pro 6.60 now and I've been playing games without problems. Have
I done anything wrong or should I use another type of CFW? :\

PSP "100x" is *NOT* PSP "E 100x"!
No you dont need to instal a diffirent CFW. Just dont try to install the CIPL
flasher and use FastRecovery instead.
