If you would read the instalation manual you would know that CIPL flasher is 
ONLY for PSP FAT (100x) and old mobo PSP 200x (01g and 02g) - You should be 
glad there was a safety peacaution that prevented instaling it because you 
would brick your PSP.

Start reading the manuals!
