Fix FMC Podium rankings #64

image The 7th place podiums and 9th place podiums are equivalent, and should be rounded as such - easiest fix is probably rounding all x.66 to x.67, and the same for (x-1).99 and x.01 to x.00; and x.34 to x.33.
