Update threephase scrambler #11

Basically just copy/pasting recent updates from the original repository at https://github.com/cs0x7f/TPR-4x4x4-Solver

Since the solver is not immediately affected (threephase is only used for generating randomness, not for solving it) and our test suite passes, I will merge this.

Except for the whitespace indentations, all changes are directly from the mother repo and the general consensus seems to be "trust Chuang Shen" anyways.
