Broken link to https://bintray.com/thewca in README.md? #41

Whoops, Bintray has been sunset since May 2021 and apparently we never bothered replacing the link 😅 Thanks for pointing that out!

For the record, we now host the JAR binaries at Maven Central: https://search.maven.org/artifact/org.worldcubeassociation.tnoodle/lib-scrambles/0.18.1/jar https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.worldcubeassociation.tnoodle/lib-scrambles/0.18.1
