Announcement of the WCA Forum #973

Dear WCA Community,

The WCA Regulations Committee (WRC) would like to encourage the use of the WCA Forum to discuss the Regulations and Guidelines, especially for new ideas and proposals. The GitHub repository will continue to be used to track the implementation of such proposals, and smaller maintenance issues.

We believe that this initiative would allow more people to discuss potential regulations and guidelines changes/improvements. We encourage GitHub users to create new posts in the WCA Forum with the important issues. To allow a smoother transition from GitHub to the WCA Forum, we ask GitHub users to cite the original link of the existing GitHub Issue (see this reply as an example).

I have closed all issues related with Regulations proposals. @Samuel-Baird and me have been moving all the important issues to WCA Forum. Please, if you think that your issue is still important, don't hesitate to create a post on WCA Forum or to let us know it so we can create the post.

Also, I apologize to the 49 users who are "watching" this repository for the "spam".
