Application doesn't always load most recently downloaded WCA database export #57

In case you have the following files locally: WCA_export920_20130729.tsv.zip WCA_export187_20131027.tsv.zip
the application will use WCA_export920_20130729.tsv.zip instead of WCA_export187_20131027.tsv.zip.
