Results' information we don't store #1932

@jfly suggested starting a list here so we can think about what we can/want to start storing.

  1. Information about +2 penalties

    • Which solves had penalty(ies)
    • What kind of penalty happened

  2. Information about DNFs

    • cause of the DNF

AFAIK, this is the full list of +2s a competitor can receive: https://github.com/cubing/ccm/blob/e6e4fbd6f6fbbc930686e0aa110c05a48871d0f2/both/lib/wca.js#L282-L301. It's worth noting that a single solve can receive multiple penalties.

What are the various causes of DNF? How many causes of DNS are there? Are there multiple causes for blank?
