Clarify Warning Message for Organizers Editing WCA Account Info with WCA ID Assigned #2602

Currently, when organizers click the edit button on a person's page: image If the person's WCA ID is assigned, they receive the following warning: image

This error is confusing from my perspective (organizer's), since it refers to "your." This should be clarified when the person receiving this message (the person signed in) does not match the person being edited.

I'd be happy to work on this but probably won't be able to for a couple of weeks.

Just to be clear, this is not an error, it's a warning. errors show up in red =)

I believe this should be pretty simple to fix, so I'm labeling it as a good first issue!
