FM simultaneous competitions registration fee #9479

In the past, it was possible to create a competition in multiple countries with nothing written in the registration fee section. This would then result in nothing being shown in registration requirements. Now it writes "Registering for this competition is free"

Are there any requirements besides not displaying the "Registering for this competition is free" message? My thinking being - perhaps there are more fundamental ways in which this problem needs to be fixed (ie, support for region-specific payment guidelines, or custom payment amounts).

If so, we'd just want to make sure that those requirements are captured, even if we can't implement them in the short-term.

Upon further examination, yes. The refund amount and note about on-site registration should also be possible to null.

FM simultaneous competitions are fundamentally different and would need more implementations than these basic fixes I outlined in this issue. I have created a site for handling registrations and delegates submitting venues at https://fm.danskspeedcubingforening.dk/ which will be used for some upcoming FM simultaneous competitions.
