Can you right click in the main window and open inspect element then navigate to the console to see if there's any error?

What happened?
hi there,
well - I had the software work once (to accept an input, see it, then start transcribing) - but since then, if I add any input, there is no response at all from the program, it just sits there as if I hadn't added anything
changed the model to "large" without any difference
