Add new section title in Settings page "When completing transcription" #94

Noting that all items in the Settings page are under a section title except the two toggle controls which both relates to actions to be performed when completing transcription, this PR is a proposal to add a section title "When completing transcription" for them.

Sorry I messed my git pull, only the 5 last commits of this PR are meant to be new.

Also if this is merged, then #93 should not be merged.

I changed a bit the design and added some missing translation. I think you'll find this VSCode extension useful: i18n-ally

That's great improvement! now that section in settings is much more clear.

I'll merge it and it will be available in latest release binaries soon since I need to push small fixes to existing binaries :) Thanks!
