@ceedadev i tested and its working for me, please do the following :

  1. find your public ip
  2. visit : http://free.ipwhois.io/json/YOUR_IP_HERE

example : http://free.ipwhois.io/json/10.10.18.34

check if you get data or if there is some error, also if you are using proxy or something try without it
