unable to install seeker - error - Python3; PIP;PHP : failed error #414

i am getting this error while trying to install seeker in kali linux. the system is rooted. when I check the version with # python --version, it shows

python --version

Python 3.10.7

PROBLEM:

─# ls db install.sh logs pycache seeker.py Dockerfile LICENSE metadata.json README.md template

Python3 - Failed! Pip - Failed! PHP - Failed! Requests - Installed Packaging - Installed

@mojo124 share install.log file inside logs directory
