Description The Glossary contains the definitions of certain terms specific to MediTrack Screenshot 2024-04-19 at 5.33.29 PM.png

Expected All new terms introduced in the app should be defined here

Actual The term appointment was introduced but not listed or defined in the glossary

Reason for severity Does not affect usage but shows incomplete documentation. May affect user experience too due to confusing definitions of appointment and visit, which are also not validated by the app itself as mentioned in separate bug reports.
