Broken links in DG #8

Description There are several hyperlinks in the DG under the section titled Documentation, logging, testing, configuration, dev-ops. Screenshot 2024-04-19 at 5.25.06 PM.png

There is also a hyperlink under the Setting up, getting started section Screenshot 2024-04-19 at 5.37.05 PM.png

Expected These links should work to bring the reader to the relevant pages

Actual None of the links work, and all lead to similar error messages

Reason for severity Affects user's ability to view documentation.
