Description

When a new remote vault is connected, an initial sync needs to be performed:

Sync Spec:

Client files should NOT be deleted
If the file has the same name and hash
- set the rev
If the file has the same name and different hash
- Update based on last modified date
Server Files should NOT be deleted
- Any server file not matched should be added as a file on the client and to the fileMap

Document sync spec in readme.

Create new section for sync specs
- Remote Vault Selection Sync (sub section)
