Server config options to somehow limit the number of separated claimed areas by a player

Main Idea

Implement a feature in claim mods that allows only one expandable and connectable claim per player or team.

Key Points

• One expandable claim: Each player or team can have only one claim that can be expanded as needed.
• Connectivity: The claim must be connectable, meaning all claimed areas must be adjacent.
• Restriction on multiple claims: Multiple scattered claims are not allowed.
• Minimum distance between claims: Establish a server-adjustable minimum distance between claims of different players to prevent the accumulation of nearby claims.

I have been waiting for years for a mod that includes all these features. The only thing from my other ideas that has been implemented in current claim mods is the temporary claims due to player/team inactivity.
