Management bugs

Bugs / improvements in management pages:

• [x] Site: Register installation button link is broken

• [ ] Users: This would be improved with a search box like in user projects section.

• [ ] Users: Should the info shown for each user be editable? If I make a change to any of the text boxes and click save, I get 'User update failed' alert

• [x] User projects: When viewing a list of projects owned by a user, projects sometimes appear more than once. This seems to be related to how many people the project is shared with. For example, if a project is shared with one other user then the project appears in the list twice, if shared with 3 other users then it appears 4 times:

• [x] User projects: In previous versions the list of a user's projects contained details of all projects they had access to. Now it only contains projects that they created. Was this change intentional? If so, can a checkbox be added to also show projects where they are an editor or co-author too?

• [x] User projects: When you click 'view transfer ownership options' the text isn't quite right. The name of the folder where the transferred projects will appear just shows as ''. There's also a mix of using 'project' or 'template' to describe what's being transferred. I'd prefer it to be consistently 'project':

• [ ] User projects: Can the change owner drop down also have a search box to find user next to it? We have a lot of users in drop down and the page often freezes when trying to find user in the drop down menu

• [x] Educations: Add new education level doesn't work. It adds a line to the database but the educationlevelname field is empty. They appear in the list of education levels but with no name

• [x] The scroll bars on right aren't always visible on smaller screens

@FayCross @torinfo while it's fresh in my mind I'm adding another bug here that I've just discovered and probably haven't tried before...

• [ ] Login to management, locate an authors XOT project, visit properties and try to enable LTI for that project. After checking the LTI box and clicking update I get: Session is invalid or expired so can't enable LTI. In fact it's probably not specific to changing LTI options because I get the same error when trying to change a private project to public.

@ronm123 I can remember seeing that but for some reason haven't included it in the original list. It is particularly odd as if I login to management.php and attempt to change access setting then I get the session invalid message but if I log in to Xerte as myself, then login to management, I can then change the access settings without seeing a session message.

@FayCross are you doing that in the same browser? I typically login to management in a separate browser or else I don't login to the normal workspace at all and go straight to management. However I just tested what you described and get the same so if I login to my workspace and then change the url to management and login as admin then I can make those changes to public and/or to LTI.

I've just marked the educations bug in the original list as fixed but have found a new related bug:

• [ ] Education: after creating a new education level there is a button next to its name called 'add'. This seems to add a nested item within the level but when you first click it you can't see that anything has happened. If you then click show/hide (this button isn't shown until after you click 'add') then the nested item is shown but there is no way to rename it so it's stuck as 'Enter name here' Edit - just realised that the title is taken from the box at the top, I think this is confusing. Ideally the nested items should be shown rather than hidden when you add a new item (so you can tell something has happened) and it should be more obvious that the input box at the top is the name for the nested items you add

This is probably also an issue when adding nested items in the categories.

I'll have a look before the release. This is new functionality in 3.12
