Transfer ownership in management.php does not work (in 3.11) #1146

The folderrights table is NOT updated correctly.

If you lost your projects like this act as follows:

  1. remove folderrights table
  2. set version in the config table (just 1 record) to 31
  3. rerun upgrade.php (the folderrights table will be rebuild)
