Possible critical issue when sharing a project via management #1153

I was asked to look at an issue with a test project on an organisations server but where the LO hadn't been shared with my account. So I checked the LO via management and then tried to share co-author access with my own account via the properties of that LO via management. This seemed to work via management where the properties showed me as a co-author but it didn't show up in my own workspace and more worryingly then showed the creator as a shared user after which the project was no longer editable by either of us and no longer shows in the creator's workspace either. Fortunately this was just a test LO but seems like quite a critical issue and so needs testing and fixing asap.

@torinfo I know we discussed this but can't remember did you already fix it? I think you said someone else reported it too?
