Fix and improve adaptiveContent page

 - Better scale specific answer bar graph
 - Handle multiple select choice questions in answer bar graph
 - Put logo and header on print of each page
 - Add page numbers
 - Add possibility to filter interactions on lti context id

Opinion improve size and scale of graph and printing to PDF
