Project-level Optional Property: Lightbox #1216

How do the Background Colour and Background Opacity work? These properties seem to have no effect when enabled/changed.

@JMarco27 I have hopefully made the tooltips for these a bit clearer. The background colour & opacity will change the background overlay appearance of any lightboxes within the project. Lightboxes are used in many places, for example, to display the project introduction information and when displaying images full screen after an image has been clicked.
