When Default Text Size is set to a larger value than default (12) the navigation buttons are cut off #1223

When setting the Default Text Size to for example 18 (and Responsive Text is disabled), all the themes that use Font Awesome navigation buttons have their navigation buttons cutt off. See also #1222
