Bootstrap: %ADDTHISSCRIPT% is visable when hosting an exported LO on a server #1225

When hosting an exported bootstrap learning object on a webserver, in the footer the text %ADDTHISSCRIPT% is visible.

The export does not replace the %ADDTHISSCRIPT% from the html template.
