Export tab no longer works #1266

The export tab in the project properties window no longer works. If I comment out the line 'include "../url_library.php";' then it will load the data but download zips are empty (as that file is clearly needed!).

@torinfo I'm aware that this could very well be my fault as I recently made changes to lots of the project properties window to make it more accessible. I didn't change url_library.php though and I have tried replacing with the old export_template.php file and it still doesn't work. Would you be able to have a look please? Thanks, and sorry if it was me who broke this! I'm sure I will have tested this after changes but whether something I later did broke things, I'm not sure.

This must have been a problem with my local version as ok now
