I've had it reported, and been able to replicate that when using LTI 1.3 and xAPI together it seems like the first attempt can result in invalid date errors when trying to view the completion results in the dashboard e.g.
The suggestion is this doesn't happen when the learner id mode is set to "full name and email address" rather than one of the other options but I'm not sure about that because if a follow up attempt is made when the mode is set to one of the other options then the invalid date errors go away.
Needs further testing but there's definitely an issue around this.
