Duplicate mediaelement files - Bootstrap template #1344

@torinfo mediaelement files have been added to the BS template files but there seems to be folders containing the same files - are they both needed?

@FayCross Highly unlikely, I have replaced mediaelement with popcorn, and popcorn itself also uses mediaelement, so I think I just took the one from popcron as well. I'll have a look and sort this out.
