Delete/hide users so you can't share LO's with them anymore #608

At this moment at the administratoe page you can delete users. But they are still in the system and you can share or give LO's to them. Is it possible to hide the deleted users from this list?

Pleazse note that this is only true if db is used for authentication.

Other forms of authentication have similar problems though. For example, if using LDAP and a user is deleted from LDAP, the user is still available in the xerte install.
