xapi related enhancements to discuss during the developer day

@ronm123 Added some extra items, also I believe (but will check before Wednesday) that item 1 can already be done (but is not the default).

@torinfo my main reference point for this has been our page types demonstrator on xot.xerte.org.uk which has an example of each page type and you'll see from the following screenshot that only shows a selection of the interactive pages:

However that install is 3.8.3 at the moment so in case what you describe was added in 3.8.4 I've done some further testing in my local copy of develop and it gets a bit weird/confusing! :-( I have a copy of the page types demonstrator and that only shows interactive pages too. I created a new empty project and imported the set of text pages plus the multiple choice page from the demonstrator project and that only shows the multiple choice page in the dashboard. I created a new empty project and added one each of the text pages plus a multi choice page manually - same result - only shows the multi choice page in the dashboard: However I have another existing project that I've used for testing lti and/or xapi which has the text pages a model answer and quiz page and a results page and with that project I do see the option to show the static pages in the dashboard: I have no idea what's different in that project to make the static pages show! Any ideas?

First of all, thank you for that verification. Nothing changed in 3.8.4.

In my test, I got results similar to your last result, so I thought that it was already solved. Clearly there is something else in play also as shown by your other two examples.

It's most likely a difference in the tracking settings of the LO. Let's invesigate tomorrow.

@torinfo I've been trying to spot where the difference lies since posting my last message. I'm now wondering if it's something that was working but now isn't because I duplicated the project that was showing the static pages (so all pages and settings are the same) set that to use xapi and tested and that copy only shows the interactive pages in the dashboard. Not quite sure if that points to a difference between what was sent/retrieved previously and what is sent/retrieved now? But I checked my LRS and the new copy I just tested that doesn't show the static pages in the dashboard has sent static page info to the lrs e.g.

@ronm123 Does the original one (where you saw the static pages) have 'scored' or 'answered' records in the LRS?

@torinfo both the original and the copy have scored statements from a quiz.

The original (which shows the static pages) has scored statements from 4 months ago. The copy (which doesn't show the static pages) has scored statements from today.

@torinfo @FayCross just made a commit and ticked off one of the above items. What I was seeing on our xot install with the dashboard for the page types demo was the following: Should now be fixed and more responsive.
